A: This cart is crafted of MDF with solid rubberwood top. The pull out compartment holds an 8 gallon thrash bin.

Q: We want to place a cart to the right of an existing cabinet. Is it possible to not add the towel bar and place the spice rack on the right side of the unit instead?

A: The parts are not interchangeable. However, the towel bar assembly is removable but this will expose the 2 screw holes on the Right side panel. Hope this helps.
