Q: Can someone please tell me the size of the lamp shade openings? My top shade broke and was discarded, and I'm having trouble replacing it!
A: You can use the plastic ring that holds the lamp shade as your reference size to find a find a new shade. That's the opening size inside of the lamp shade.

Q: CAN AN INCANDESCENT 150 WATT BULB BE USED IN THE BOTTOM LIGHT? CAN BOTH TOP BULBS BE DIMMABLE 150 WATT INCANDESCENT BULBS?
A: Hi Mixer Mamma - Thanks for asking! Only the top lamp works with 150 max wattage bulbs, the bottom lamp is 60 watts max. They are not able to be mixed. I hope that helps. - Matt

Q: Can I use 3 way LED light bulb for top light and 60 watt LED bulb for bottom light?

submitted byPhonsavanh - 7 years agoTarget staff supportA: The top shade could take two 150 watt incandescent bulb because it's dual sockets, but you don't need to use threeway bulbs. Or if you'd like to use LED bulbs, please use two dimmable LED bulbs for top shade.

Q: There is an option to purchase the lamp "with energy efficient light bulb". How many light bulbs are included, are they LED, what is the wattage, and are they dimmable?

Q: are there two separate switches for the lights? (I like to read late into the night and don't want to accidently turn on the BIG light & waking up hubby, when shutting down for the night)
A: Yes, there are two separate switches for top light and reading light.

Q: What type bulbs would I buy to get the maximum lighting? And is it true that the top bulb(s) must be "dimmable" If the top 2 lights need to be dimmable where can 150W dimmable lights be purchased
A: For top bulbs, you could use (2) 150w max regular incandescent bulbs or (2) 16w max dimmable LED bulbs. We don't suggest to use CFL bulbs because they are not dimmable.

A: For top torch, it could take (2) 150w max regular incandescent bulbs or 16w max dimmable LED bulbs, we don't suggest CFL bulbs because they are not dimmable. For reading lamp, it could take (1) 60w max regular incandescent bulb or 16w max LED bulb or 15w max CFL bulb.
