Example in frying pan I made chicken cutlets and with a paper towel, bar keepers friend( stainless steel powder found in any supermarket) and warm water frying pan was like new. Made red sauce in pot and clean it the same way and looks like new. I am not disappointed, very glad I purchased the set. Hope this helps.

A: Hi! This cookware set is stainless steel. To prevent food from sticking preheat the pan in a low-medium heat for a couple of minutes. You can test your pan to see if it's ready by dropping a few drops of water on the pan and seeing if the water "dances" around. After properly preheated add a little bit of oil. When adding the food, make sure there is an even sizzling sound when it touches the pan. Allow the food to cook without disturbing it until the preferred doneness it achieved. If your heat is to high sticking may occur.

Not bad for the price point, they made it about 3 years with no issue, but now both the skillets have rust and need to be replaced. Not all stainless steele is created equal and I wasn't really gentle with them. The handles were always too hot to hold without an oven mitt. If you don't need something to last forever these are fine.

This set looked perfect at first. Nice thick base, smooth bottom (perfect for induction cooking), great weight and very shiny. However, once heated, both the pots and pans develo[ped a yellow casr??? The straingest color and I've been unable to restore them to the original shiny stainless steel, no matter how much effort. Very disapointed! Cooking hamburgers and eggs are an issue too. Using a medium to medium high heat, as I always do, the food sticks to the pan, rather than sliding around or coming up easily with a silicone spatula. So, I do not recomend this setr to anyone who does much cooking because you will become fustrated with the unnecessary extra cleaning and the end product doesn't look as nice when it doesn't come out of the pot or pan with ease.

I have had this set for a little over a year and have really liked them. They have held up well through many dishwashing cycles. As long as you follow the mercury ball test they work like a charm! If food has burned, it comes of easily with a scrub daddy and/or a cycle through the dishwasher.

I’ve had this set for 2 years now and I’m not sure what’s with all the bad reviews. Unless I lucked out and just happened to receive a good set but as long as u let ur pans preheat to the appropriate temp (YouTube has videos on how to check with water before cooking) I’ve never had issues with things sticking or being hard to clean. Yes it’s stainless steel and not toxic non stick stuff so there may be a bit of a learning curve when transitioning to the different type pan but I love this set.

These pans are TERRIBLE, the bigger pot that you cook pasta in literally separated after one use. The larger pan/skillet almost made the food catch on fire and the food was stuck to it and will not come off no matter how hard you scrub or how great the cleaning product you use. DONT BUY THESE!!

Low quality cookware for a tight budget. Slightly better steel and fewer useless tchotchkes could have made this a great starter set. Pans stain/burn too easily & are near impossible to clean. Pots look great but are made of cheap, thin steel which goes snap-crackle-pop when you pour hot water into them to cook pasta or rice.

I used the pan to make an omelet. It was horrible it git stuck the the pan. The pan looks old after 1 use. I wish I didn't used them so I can return them.

I follow the instructions, watched videos, but my food still sticks to these pans terribly. All my pans from this set look burnt. Yes, I know how to cook. These are the only pans I’ve EVER had a problem with.
