A: My queen set came with two pillow shams.

Q: The description says that it's made out of 100% polyester, yet it looks like cotton. Is the description accurate? Thanks in advance for your response!

A: Yes. The quilt and sham are polyester but they do have a cotton feel and wash well. I have them on guest beds and my guests have said they aren't too hot. Polyester can be.

This coverlet is beautiful. The colors are vivid & the quality is good, however, only the batting inside is 100% cotton !! Both front & back are 100% polyester, which means colors stay vivid & item did not shrink in the wash/dry. Seller needs to be more honest about actual materials !! I bought the king size to cover a queen bed so there is a nice amount of hang on both sides. Coverlet covers the sides of the top mattress.

This set is super cute, versatile and brightens up the room. It is an update on a classic paisley print which lends itself to being timeless and won't look dated for years to come. We love the coverlet as it lies perfectly and always looks unwrinkled. Our customer service was exceptional on this purchase and we will definitely be using Designer Living as our go to for linens. We have been looking for a quilted comforter to replace our current quilted comforter. We wanted a quilted comforter that did not have large areas of filling. Our old comforter had large block patterns. When they rip open, we lost filling. This comforter is one solid sheet of material with a 1" continuous sew throughout.
It is light weight and smaller compared to our old comforter. We purchased the Duvet Cover Set years ago as a guest bed set. We were familiar with the material, color and pattern.
We have a queen bed and we ordered the king size. Would have liked a few more inches on the sides.
The cats love it. They rarely slept on our last comforter, we can not keep them off of this one.

I love this set, but I agree with the reviewer who said that the pillow doesn't quite go with the comforter/shams, but that doesn't matter to me. I love the bright pattern -- it's cheerful. I like to sleep in a chilly room, so I like to have this blanket with another one (a solid color) of similar weight. It's PERFECT. Oddly enough, I have found it to be VERY prone to static electricity, though. Should I shift the blanket at night AT ALL, I can SEE the sparks. It looks even brighter in person than in the photo. (Sorry -- I didn't show the second blanket in my photo.)
