A little disappointed

I have purchased close to a dozen handbags over the years and I have been very happy with the quality until now. The zipper in this purse is not smooth like my other handbags. I still like the style of the handbag but I hope Tory B hears what I am voicing. Don’t be like all the other companies cheapening the quality in your bags.

I didn't expect to like this bag as much as I do

I bought this bag for an upcoming trip. I don't typically carry a crossbody bag but they are good for traveling. I was really impressed with the quality and look of this bag. It's much nicer in person and I have used it frequently since returning from my travels.
