A: The body, cover, and tires are made of FDA food-grade polycarbonate which is toxic-free and safe for dogs. But it is not quite suitable for heavy chewers.

Q: Where can I download the app?

A: Search 'Wickedbone' in the iOS app or Google Play store. Or you can scan the QR code in your user manual.

Q: How can I connect the bone with my phone?

A: After downloading the app to your phone, charge your Wickedbone by connecting it to the USB port and then unplug it. Then open the app and touch it to connect.

AMAZING TOY

This bone toy keeps my dog engaged and he gets sick of toys easily!! It is 100% worth the price, especially since you can replace the tires and buy those seperately if needed. Customer service was also very quick to reply, helpful, and provided a solution right away. Thank you Cheerble Team!!

Great toy, but not for heavy chewers

I would recommend this bone for non heavy chewers. Chasers will LOVE it. If they can protect the middle part, I'd give it 5 stars. I got the blue Cheerble ball and we love it, so I got the bone too. The bone control is on the better end of quality and works like it should. The ends are soft and protected, but if my golden cracks the hard middle part, I worry it will splinter or he'll choke. If you have a smaller dog, or a large dog that doesn't chew hard, it's perfect for you. If you have chewers that enjoy tossing their chin up to get toys further into their back teeth, you might want to stick with the Cheerble blue ball. My heavy chewer hasn't even damaged the exterior the blue ball, but he did get hold the interior while it was charging, so watch out for that.

Hi There, The first wickedbone we purchased would not connect to either my iPhone or my partners. I took it back to JB HiFi and they sent me a new one. This one I have in the last couple of weeks only been able to connect once. This toy would be so much better with a switch on the bone and not have to connect with a phone, as it rarely does connect. All I get is a message "connect to charger", even when it is fully charged. What can be done to get the connection better? Regards, Denny

How to turn off the bone when not in use?

Mine would fully charge but not connect with Bluetooth. They sent a second one but same thing. Customer service said it was a bad batch and refunded my money. Never had a chance to see it actually work.

Every time I want to turn on the bone, I need to plug it in to the power and repeat the connection procedure. Is there a better way to do that?

I had the same concern, especially since there is no power button on the bone to either turn it on or off I was told this on a support email: "Thank you for reaching out. The app's prompt refers to activating the battery by plugging and unplugging the charging cable while connected to Bluetooth, not that the Wickedbone has run out of juice. Wickedbone was designed to automatically turn off to prevent itself from running out of battery and requires to be activated again before using it." I hope that is helpful.

Hi! When I was charging the Wickedbone the charging port cover was moved and then lost. Is the Wickedbone safe to use with out it? Is there way to get replacements? Thanks!!
