Love product but pump is not working!
Love the product but the pump is malfunctioning so I can’t get it out.

We are so sorry for any inconvenience with the Vita-C Glycolic Serum. Fortunately there is a simple fix! The pump is just a little loose on the bottle. Please note that there is not actually a tube that goes down into the bottle. This protects the formula from air so it does not degrade. Unscrew outer bottle from pump Tighten collar/pump onto inner bottle Place inner bottle with pump back into outer bottle Tighten pump onto the outer bottle Flip the product upsidown and give it a few firm pats on the bottom end. Then try to pump again. It may take a few "flip and hit" cycles.
