The merino wool for our Astoria slipper is sourced exclusively from New Zealand where sheep protection laws are among the strictest in the world. Our slippers are handmade in Nepal in a Fair Trade workshop. Each pair takes 3 days to wet felt, sun dry and sew. All production is solar powered and carbon neutral. Our products and branded packaging are proudly plastic free and recyclable. Our Astoria slippers are even biodegradable at the end of their useful life.
