Terrible! I received my order of dried hops garland, on opening it contained another customers return note, the hops were in a bad state, the previous return clearly hadn’t been checked but sent out to me! Review below from Mr Stuart Gates! I received your return with all your information on! I returned the item and had a refund. I wouldn’t ever purchase from them again.

The hop garland we received was not fit for sale. They were really tatty, looking nothing like the images on the website. They should not have been posted out to us. To add insult to injury, we had to pay postage to return them

What an exceptional company. I ordered chiffon to make chair backs for my wedding. My order was dispatched but got lost in transit. I rang the company and spoke to a lovely lady who re issued my order and sent it on an express delivery to make sure it arrived in time. This was my first order with wedding mall & I am thrilled with my purchase ( christmad gifts) excellent quality, lovely colours. My order arrived very quickly & safely it was very well wrapped.

Would of given 5* but the bottles I ordered were either smashed or scratched because of poor packaging. Customer service were quick to respond and I received replacements within a couple of days.

My parcel came very much on time and well packed especially as there was a glass vase inside.
