The Ordinary recommends performing a patch test prior to incorporating a new product into your skin care routine.
Use ideally in the PM, no more frequently than once per day. After cleaning, saturate a cotton pad with the formula and sweep across the face and neck. Avoid the eye contour and contact with eyes. This formula should not be used on sensitive, peeling or compromised skin. Limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
Contraindications: Do not use in the same routine as direct Acids, EUK 134 0.1%, retinoids, pure or ethylated vitamin C, or peptides.

Use for scalp!
I use this on my scalp before i shower. Its amazing. I have very oily hair which i can usually only stretch to washing every other day, MAYBE two on a good week. This keeps the oil away longer without drying my hair.

Armpits
I've always had a problem with my armpits being very dark and I decided to give this a try. I started using this product in January and as of right now in March you can see the difference. They are lighter than before. Definitely a game changer for me. I will continue using it.
USE FOR FEET ONLY
I'm a licensed esthetician and highly recommend using this only on your feet, armpits and othet areas where you might get ingrowns! Yall…I wish I had pictures but this fixed my dry heels!!! If you have cracked heels you neeeeed this! I also used a heel file in the shower while using this a few times a week!
