Higher power consumption and irradiance boost performance, but more LED beads don't mean better results. Light quality and energy efficiency matter more than sheer quantity. Optimizing energy output is far more important than simply adding more LEDs.

  • 1. Irradiance, Pro series made by the transparent cover, irradiates more light compared with the BQ series made by the metal shell.

    2. Power consumption in the Pro series is higher than the BQ series; higher consumption brings better effects.

  • Our devices is made by the premium level LEDs beads, it has the highest power consumption in the market. As we know that, higher power consumption bring better effect ,shorter using time and better therapuetic efficiency of therapy device.

  • If you position your red light directly against your body, your session could be done in just a few minutes. Our panels deliver more than 5 joules of light per minute of use from 6 inches away. Dose is measured in J/cm², Dose= Power Density x Time

  • The good news is that led red light therapy does start helping your body from the very first session, but continued therapy helps achieve more lasting results. You may feel minor results immediately, but the best results are achieved over 4 weeks.

  • Red light therapy is secure and not associated with any side effects, at least if used as recommended session times and frequencies. Notice: NIR may be uncomfort to the eyes, wear eye protection if NIR in on to facial area.

This product is very well constructed. It is heavier than I thought it would be. The lights are placed perfectly in their sockets and it feels smooth and safe to the touch. I like that there is a timer feature before the lights actually come on. I always wear the protective glasses and the lights feel wonderful on my skin. I just began using the Bestqool. I will update any visual or muscle relieving benefits in a few months.

    Let me start out by saying I was a bit skeptical about Red Light Therapy (RLT). I had heard a lot about RLT for a year or so and then Gary Brecka speak about it on Joe Rogan and I decided to give it a shot. I researched the best RLT device for the value and found BestQool 150 LED 240watt device on Amazon.

    I am not paid to write this review, just my honest opinion of a product that offers exceptional results.

    First, I grow plants indoors and have invested in high quality plant lights. The design and overall fit and finish of this light is superb and coincidentally, very similar to my high-end plant lights.

    Second, it was highly important to me to have a light that works in the 660nm & 850nm ranges as these were the most studied and validated therapeutic light ranges. My son is a chemist and has access to a light spectrometer. Our spectrometer read 660nm & 850nm for the RLT and infrared therapy settings respectively. So we were confident we purchased the perfect light. Peace of mind is everything!

    Then we set out to see if the light actually did what it claimed to do. Without getting too scientific, RLT is thought to excite the mitochondria into dropping Nitric Oxide and gaining an Oxygen molecule. When this occurs, the mitochondria (cellular power plant) becomes significantly more productive and produces 30 times more ATP. This equates to more energy! The body then uses this energy to repair things (muscles + bone), restore collagen to skin, and most importantly, reduce inflammation. To test this we purchased nitrogen test strips, essentially to test the nitrogen spilling off into urine and looked for changes before and after. **MAJOR CAVEAT** When we were well hydrated, about 1 hour after a 20 minute RLT session, the nitrogen test strip tested dark red to indicate high levels of nitrogen were present. When I preformed the test and was not well hydrated, the test strip showed red and only a moderate increase in nitrogen. Basically, we proved the light is doing exactly what it claims to do and was more effective when well hydrated.

    I have only had this light for 1 week and have not had enough time to report on results, but will keep the post active and report on actual results in the coming weeks and months. I can tell you anecdotally though, my energy is through the roof, I feel like my allergies have almost completely resolved (reduced inflammation??), my night leg pain is completely gone (this is a god send), and my quality of sleep has significantly improved.

    So far, I am amazed by the benefits of using this light for only 20 minutes a day. So far, the verdict is: THE BESTQOOL RLT UNIT IS TOTALLY WORTH IT!

    I bought this LED light device for my husband‘s backpay and it has worked very well for him. He will prop it up and then sit with the light facing his lower back. Overtime he has noticed his pain has become less and more manageable. This light for myself to help me sleep at night and to help de elevate stress by sitting in front of it after a hard days work. For those of you who are about anti-aging, LED lights are amazing for your skin. As a licensed aesthetician, I highly recommend it because it really makes a difference in helping your skin build collagen as well as improve circulation. Lastly, this particular model Is extremely well-made with its metal body and does not overheat at all due to the fan on the back. This is a good value for your money - most similar devices cost hundreds of dollars!

    I have been using this panel for a little under a month to help with shoulder and lower back pain. So far it has helped tremendously and alleviated the sciatica that I was experiencing. I use it every other day for 10 minutes in each spot, and that seems to be enough. The instruction manual that it came with reads like it was translated from another language. It's still helpful and thorough, but I'm not sure about why the manual recommends the specific doses that it does.

    Good:
    Feels high quality.
    Works as it should.
    The NIR works (tested with my phone camera-- see pictures).
    Multiple set-up options (hanging or stand).
    You can use the NIR and red light together or separately.
    The timer and the countdown timer so that you have time to put your glasses on before the light turns on are great.

    Bad:
    I wish you could feel the difference between the buttons so you can control them when you can't see because you have eye protection on.
    I don't like that the bolts that hold the stand on stick out. It doesn't allow you to lay the panel down horizontally. You can unscrew the stand and do it, but then it's unstable and falls over very easily. You also can't put it at an angle if you do that. I need it to be able to work horizontally so I can lay on my side. This has been a little frustrating.
    I wish it came with more comfortable eye protection. The goggles dig into my skin and will probably cause eye wrinkles. I ordered better eye protection from Amazon. I wish I didn't have to do that.

    Overall I'm happy with this purchase and recommend it as a budget friendly option that works just as well as the big name and ridiculously expensive panels that you see on the market.

    L'appareil est spartiate et bien qu'il semble de bonne facture de prime abord, l'isolation électrique laissait à désirer sur le mien. En effet, une fois branché, lorsqu'on le touche par endroit on sentait des picotements (mini decharges?). De plus il est indiqué que la puissance est de 98,7 mW/cm2 à une distance de 7,6 cm, ce qui correspond à 24,67 mW/cm2 à une distance de 15 cm (6 pouces exactement, ce qui est la distance généralement testée sur ce genre d'appareil). Ce qui le classe parmi les plus faible du marché. D'autres modeles de la marques sont testés sur la chaine Youtube d'Alex Fergus (Red Light Therapy), ce qui permet de connaitre leurs puissances exactes. Bref, c'est dommage et j'ai du le renvoyer.
