Honestly, I wish I had spent the extra money and just gotten a Peloton. This bike says it's compatible with 3rd party apps like Peloton, but the resistance conversion is so wildly different and the resistance knob is so inaccurate. Bike is okay but what do I need to do to get someone to answer customer service. Called three different times and put on hold. First recording tells me twice that wait time is less than 15 minutes, then all of a sudden it is a 60 minute wait. I call the sales line and they answer on the 3rd ring but then transfer me. I paid for your assembly team to set up my bike but they never contacted me so I want to cancel and get my money back. So far, I must say Peleton never stranded me like this when I had a question on their equipment. 3 calls and 145 minutes on hold and still no answer…..I emailed you and no response either.

Your information says the C-7 will connect with Peloton®App & with the Zwift App, I have wifi of course, I don't have to pay Bowflex for a subscription with JRHY to access Peloton and Swift?

Can this bike be stored in a garage that is unheated and experiences cold in winter months?
