I'm wearing this jacket every day because I love it so much. It feels like a light hug on my body, so cozy yet lightweight, not bulky, easy to wear all day. If I'm just walking. I feel still chilly in the 50° range, but above 60 it is fine. The Hood stays on nicely even when the wind is up, and I loved the thumb cuffs, the side pocket for my phone at my hip is amazing! If I had to re-order, I would order a small to make it just a slight bit bigger for undergarments. I can only wear a thin shirt underneath.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

I would normally be a Small, but purchased a Medium based on other reviews and I'm glad I did. It's always a disappointment that Title 9 doesn't offer tall sizes - even with ordering a size up, the thumb holes are still not comfortable on longer arms. I also take issue with this being called a 'jacket', which it is not in any way. It is a zip-up hoodie, and it should have been priced as such. Calling it a jacket genuinely feels like an attempt to jack up the price. It is comfortable and I love the pockets - but it was an impulse purchase that I regret. It is a single layer, much thinner than I expected. I'm glad I got it on sale, but even with the reduced price, it still wasn't worth it.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Had purchased the Alpine Air hoodie because I thought it was cuter (see my AA review) but returned it because it was far from warm. Purchased the Crash 2.0 and love it so much. The two styles have similar pocketing (great design! Can leave home without a purse...) but you can layer under the Crash as it's a bit more forgiving. It's soft and stretchy, with just the right amount of warmth without being too hot. Can be worn under a shell or light jacket for extra warmth. I intend to buy it in a different color!

Bought it to replace a "vintage" lululemon scuba hoodie. Its perfect! About the same weight, love the inside pockets, the sleeves are just the right width and design for layering
