The vagus nerve is known to activate the body’s relaxation response and help regulate stress. Named after the latin word for “wandering,” the vagus nerve is the longest cranial nerve in the body.
| How: | Dispense oil into your hands and rub together. Cup hands to your nose and inhale deeply. Lightly massage in a circular motion along both sides of your neck. Gently rub behind your earlobes. Avoid face. |

A nourishing blend of apricot, avocado, grapeseed, jojoba seed and meadowfoam seed oils soften and moisturize the skin.
