I saw this and decided to get this for the quality and features. I have been using the Benq BL2711U 27" 4k, the predecessor to the PD2700U for a couple years. I tried to get another BL2700U but read that the PD2700U was its replacement. I will go ahead and get another PD2700U so I have a match. IMHO, you simply can't go wrong with this monitor. Excellent price point and professional specs. Great view, resolution, and colors. I should have gotten two matching long ago. My other monitor was a FHD 23" and the resolution difference was a pain whenever moving pages around from 4 UHD to FHD monitors. no more gyrations, :-) Great monitor and price.

Very bright! More than expected. Works great with my MacBook M1 Pro chip. The only thing is that for other ports besides hdmi you need an adapter. It’s not usb C but overall, great monitor. Colors are great and not too washed out, profiles are very well tuned from factory and even though there is no RGB profile, their hdr one is very similar to my xdr display on my MacBook, blacks are not as deep but that’s expected. For photography I found it very useful and I’m impressed with the color accuracy even though it’s not necessarily a photography monitor, very close. Benq makes amazing products, I’m very happy with this purchase.

I had gotten a Dell monitor for photo editing as it was highly reviewed, only to end up disappointed because a dead pixel developed in less than a days worth of use.
Buyers remorse I ended up turning to BenQ as I heard many great things about the color accuracy and factory calibration out of box.
I took it as a sign when my Dell monitor expired and went with this, wow is one of many things I have to say.
There was a noticeable difference in picture quality after setting this up. I didn't think I would be able to tell a difference as the Dell I had prior seemed quite similar to an older monitor I'm using, even after setting it up with custom profiles I didn't get that "wow" I had hoped for when using the Dell monitor. Mind you this was one of their $500+ monitors for editing.
Once I got the BenQ started up and set to my liking I could tell a striking difference in color from my older monitor to this, something that wasn't present with the Dell, even after all the fumbling I had to do.
Color ( haha ) me impressed BenQ, you've opened my eyes to true quality. I immediately opened up Lightroom Classic and started peeping colors and fell in love. I think I'm going BenQ from now on. It's hard to express how impressive this thing is. I ran several tests to ensure nothing was wrong with the panel. It's all flawless it seems so far!
The only thing left is the test of time.

Pros:
Picture is GREAT. The color is fantastic. Even when viewing from slight angle.
Cons:
There is some moderate backlight bleeding. Mostly in the upper left corner. More than I would expect from $500 LCD.
Also, the USB port shut off if the display sleeps. So, any devices charging by USB won't charge.

This is hands down, the best 4K Monitor at this price. In fact, it's even better than some more expensive 4K monitors due to its features. I use it for video editing and it is sublime for its color accuracy and 4K resolution. It's in high demand, and I waited months to get it so make sure you buy it if you want it before it goes out of stock again!

This monitor is a great size, easy to put together, and looks great. The issues I've had so far though - I have no idea what the buttons on the bottom do, and the directions to assemble it had no words, just pictures, so I had to call BenQ to figure out what cable to use. The display software is slowing down my computer that has 16gb of RAM as well so setup generally has just been a hassle. But maybe I'm just technically inept.

Look, I have been working from home for 10+ years - you need a good screen. This is definitely the one for you. It is super high quality, and ergonomic with the adjustable hight. If you are on the fence, just buy it.
